    Congra-“Do”-lations! Without much further A”Do,” you have been

    accepted to volunteer with The Do Lab for Lightning in a Bottle 2012!!

    You will receive your schedule sometime in April, if not sooner. This

    is so we can best assess the needs of our departments, and give

    volunteers the times and dates they have requested. Your schedule will

    be based on the times and dates you selected on your applications.

    Thank you for your continued patience while we find the best schedule

    to fit your availability.

    Only volunteers who have volunteered with us previously will be able

    to work on site before the event. Also, only volunteers who are

    pre-approved by the department managers will be able to be scheduled

    for artists’ hospitality, artists’ relations, and the Temple of

    Consciousness.

    IMPORTANT!!:

    Your credit card has been successfully charged the $5 application

    approval fee.

    (If you need to cancel your volunteer agreement for any reason, you

    must do so by May 7th, 2012, to avoid being charged $240 for a Full

    Weekend LIB Pass.

    If you do not show up to  your  scheduled volunteer shifts  that  you

    have confirmed for the festival, and have not cancelled by May 7th,

    2012, you will be charged $240)
